		<description>It is amazing isn&#039;t it? Just when you think you are doing good for your patient and the patient is responding to your compassion and therapy, someone doesn&#039;t feel the same as you. I think you did something wonderful for this person! Good for you!</description>

		<description>It&#039;s a great observation for sure.  It also highlights the need for communication so that families, patients, and caregivers are all on the same page.

I&#039;ve seen it happen the other way too when the patients family believes their family member has made large strides of recovery when one small indicator improves...</description>
