I know, there is &quot;security&quot; in a comfortable, known job, but a LOT of the forms you are filling out are condensed, computerized, and certainly streamlined in even a small community hospital.  Plus, as the saying goes, just do it.  I think too many nurses are wimpy about changing jobs, exploring options and exercising a self interest for continued professional development.  The Nursing Home will
be happy to have you continue with the status quo, but you are cheating yourself.
